This policy covers the evo-coach.com website. The EvoCoach device is not yet on sale; before any device ships, we will publish a separate, plain-English privacy notice covering the product itself, including voice data and our Privacy Charter commitments.

What we collect

• Waitlist email address. If you join our waitlist, we collect the email address you submit — nothing else.
• Basic technical data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to serve and secure the site. We use privacy-preserving, cookie-less analytics; we do not use advertising trackers, and this site sets no marketing cookies.

How we use it

• To send you occasional updates about EvoCoach — development progress, beta access, and our crowdfunding launch.
• We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

Who processes it

Waitlist submissions are processed and stored by Formspree, our form provider, and the resulting mailing list is used only by EvoCoach. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces; your browser requests those files directly from Google.

Your choices

• Every email we send includes an unsubscribe option, and unsubscribing removes you from all future mailings.
• You may request access to, or deletion of, your information at any time by emailing hello@evo-coach.com. We honor deletion requests regardless of where you live.

Children

This site and the waitlist are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
